Bob Elfanbaum

Founder and CEO, Kairoi · Operating Executive, NMS Capital

In 1999, co-founded and led Asynchrony, a leading agile development shop sold to WWT in 2015. Former CPA and CFO of a NASDAQ-traded public company, after starting his career at PwC. Serial entrepreneur, founding multiple companies and launching multiple software products over a 40-year career. At NMS Capital, Bob invests in and supports founder-led technology companies focused on digital transformation and managed services.

Andrew Montgomery

CTO and COO, Kairoi

Former Global Vice President Digital Platforms and Engineering, and Global Vice President Architecture at Bayer Group. Previously Information Asset and Data Director, and Global Supply Chain Architecture Lead at Monsanto. Recognized expert in machine learning and AI, with decades of experience creating scalable data products for global organizations. At Kairoi, Andrew leads the engineering of Compass AI and the firm’s technical delivery practice.
